New House - Kaiwharawhara

Jason Delaney from JD Construction was engaged by us to build an Executive Residence in Kaiwharawhara, Wellington. The project was very complex and required a professional builder with an excellent understanding of earthworks, foundations and the build programme and the full life cycle of such a large project. We were very particular (fussy) and therefore understanding our requirements and attention to detail was extremely important.

JD from the inception of the project handled the project extremely well and nothing ever was a problem. JD is extremely well connected in the building industry and successfully arranged all works on time and of an exceptional quality. The attention to detail and his supervision of the sub-contractors ensured an extremely high quality finish.

JD maintained excellent communication and regular site meetings with us throughout the construction and completion phases raising issues, providing advice and making suggestions all of which were greatly appreciated and was real value-add to the build programme.

It was the realisation of a dream to build our home on a semi-rural 3 3/4 acre lifestyle block just out of Wellington City.

We found Jason to be a highly skilled builder who had a keen eye for detail. We felt that he built our home as if it was his own and his workmanship on our project was flawless. His excellent organisational skills, along with a can-do attitude, enabled Jason to successfully manage multiple sub-contractors, ensuring timeframes and schedules were always met.

House Renovation - Mornington

Jason successfully project managed and completed significant renovations on our home in Mornington. We were delighted with the result - a beautiful home and separate accommodation. Jason and his team were great to deal with and have on site, this was particularly important to us as we lived on the site as the work was carried out. We received valuable advice about building materials and options for completing the work to a very high standard. We were kept informed from the planning stage through to completion of the work. Shop Extension - Titahi Bay

We had JD Construction build an extension to our Four Square store late last year (2016). We had a very tight timeframe to have the work completed so our main criteria for the build was to have everything finished in five weeks. Against all odds, including faulty design and terrible weather,
JD Construction finished the project in four weeks, allowing us an extra week to renovate the old side of the building. (Work which initially was planned to be done at later stage). Thanks Jason for your fantastic work.
